2 Different brand in a same company but 1 listing only

Dear all,

Our company, Veloso Tours, based in London, is a travel company specialized in Latin America tailor made holidays. We have started a new brand, based at the same address, named Veloso Voyages, a Latin America specialist for French people living in the UK. We wanted to promote this brand by having its own Google + Account business in order to:

1/ Appear at the top of the Google page 1 when someone searches for "Veloso Voyages"

2/ Have our own Google listing at the top right when someone searches for "Veloso Voyages" with all the business details (opening hours, website, address, etc).

To be able to do that, we understood we needed to verify our address - This is what we did, but unfortunately Google came back to us saying "This location is a duplicate of a location that's already on Google". Indeed Veloso Tours, our main company is already registered at the same address, and as we keep the same name (VELOSO Voyages), Google has refused our account creation.

However, although we are the same company, we don't have the same market (English people for Veloso Tours, and French people for Veloso Voyages), and we don't have the same web address. Meanwhile, we have linked Veloso Tours to Veloso Voyages (through shared ownership in Google +) But it is not ideal to show the Veloso Tours Google + listing when someone searches for Veloso Voyages, as the website is different.

We want to differentiate these two brands in order to be credible to our two different markets. Could someone explain how to create a Google + Account for Veloso Voyages without being refused by Google location approval?

I am having a similar issue. My business is located within a family practice office but google has put my business name as the location and over rode the other practice. Has anyone been in touch with you and provided a solution?

lemme ask: do the"two different businesses" called 'Veloso Voyages' pay two different tax bills?

if a client comes to the address.

Through what door will (s)he enter the latin branch to avoid getting french travel offers?

please refer to their guidelines

GooglemyBusiness is for Businesses not for their several products or several groups of customers.

Lemme make an example.

A businesss selling clothings may have several typs of persons as customers (i.e. male, female adults and kids)

Google will not allow to create three clothings businesses for this three groups of customers.

you can add one website per GMB listing only.

YOur best choice would be to have a website for the "entire bsuiness" and on it you can haveseveral sub-websites for the several groups of customers.
