Hello Everyone,

We are excited to announce a few new features on the community:

1) In order to gather insights from everyone at scale and improve the user experience, we launched a survey. We will be running it for a few weeks and using it to shape our platform roadmap. Thank you all for the feedback.

2) For new users, we are showing an easy way to ask your first new question. We are already seeing folks using this a lot, and hope to make the experience even better in the upcoming months.

3) Based on a lot of feedback from users, Like/Share/Reply buttons have been improved (and already seeing a lot more engagement here).

4) Quick reply now has Bold, Italic, Underline, URL linking, @mentions (try typing ‘@’) & Macros (you can add in your profile settings). This will allow users to stay on quick reply for the most common features people go to in the Full Editor. Image posting is being worked on, thank you for your patience!

As always, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on more improvements.

Woohoo,

Y

@Yuri Kleban

Please enlighten me:

I have no clue how to add or use "Macros" [am referring to your "Quick reply now has ...... Macros (you can add in your profile settings) and image uploading options. "]

@Helmut Geissler -- click on your email (on the top left, under your profile picture), then click on 'my settings'. Now, you should see a place called 'Macros', and if you click there, you will have the ability to add up to 50 'quick responses'. Just fill out a title and then the text, and you will be good to go.

@Yuri Kleban

I was able to create such a sample macro and geti it listed in the "full editor view"

But I don't get in the new "quick reply" the option to use (not even to select) such macro

I also don't get in the  "quick reply"  yploading photos working.

Strange while I see the option to selecet photos I don't see the option to select or use macros.

I hoever dont get the phot upload working in the  "quick reply"

the metioning feature works like a sharm though

@Helmut Geissler -- sorry about the uploading, that was turned off for your role, but now should be good to go (if you want to try it again).

For the macros, do you not see it on the top right as in this image:

@Yuri Kleban

you can see no photos uploaded..

But here the proof I did this while in "quick reply"

(Note this time I'm in full editior mode)

at first the screenshot I made while trying in quick mode to upload a photo in the previous post here:

Screenshot 2016-09-02 at 19.39.36.png

and this is the phot I tried uploading in "quick reply":

seem there is some work to do by the Lithium people ;-(

@Helmut Geissler -- check my previous reply, photos should work now and when I looked at your user account, I do see Macros enabled. Can you take a screenshot of what yours looks like? It should be right under the "reply"/"accept as solution" buttons, a drop down called 'Macros'

1# trying to use the one sample macro:

I recommend to contact Business Support

They can achieve merging both listings as they habe same NAP info

The best way to contact business support:
contactflow & request a call back
https://goo.gl/5iDTCU
Talk to a specialist
https://goo.gl/ahhzl0
Global Phone Support Hours:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM
