We have installed call tracking on a UK client website and the number is replaced successfully. Although every caller is hearing the message "“to connect this call press 0" before it will divert to the client's main number.
Why is this and can it be removed?

Hi @Sean C,
There has not been any update in Google Call Forwarding where a confirmation is sought to foward the call. You should check with the mobile service provider to know how they handle forwarded calls. I guess they will the answer.
