Phone call tracking one domain but numerous adwords accounts
I need some advice, my client is targeting eight countries but only has one domain. He wants to use eight separate AdWords accounts for this same domain.
But the issue is that he wants to use google phone call tracking.. but does this mean i use eight separate codes on one site???? and would the code recognise what country the consumer is in?

I wouldn't recommend using multiple accounts because the business is a single entity. One account per business is always a recommended practice, unless there are exceptional requirements.
Your client probably likes to have multiple accounts for tracking purposes which could be done otherwise as well. You can try having sub domains based on target countries and have separate phone numbers (actual ones) on each of them, then place the call tracking codes so that each phone number is switched to a Google forwarding number based on the user's geo location. You'll have to look into call rates as well, since international calling might cost more for their users. This would also cater to such issues as well.
