What are some tips to help increase traffic on a mobile ad that might not work on a computer ad?

I have read that people on mobile devices tend to search differently when it comes to shopping.

Hi Jillian,
Google recently launched Expanded Text Ads(26th July) & it has no device preference. Users will see the same message, whether they’re on desktop, mobile, or tablet. Yes you can add mobile URL if you have different URL for mobile device.

*customizing ad copy by device is not relevant anymore*

*Your mobile URL is the page where people go after clicking on your Ad on a mobile device.

Thanks
