Call Only:Major Ripoff
Based upon my concerns about calls not being a conversion google adwords helpline suggested setting up a Call Only campaign. Big mistake! Every time I called complaining about the awful expense (very high CPC and less than 25% becoming actual calls) they changed bid strategy, only results in more losses. Don't do a call only campaign. It was terrible. No wonder Google has so much money throw around making robots and self-driving cars.

Sorry to hear about your experience with support helping you with certain aspects of your campaign. It is never fun spending money and not getting what you expected from it. Call Only campaigns can be great but, with all marketing, results do vary on a lot of variables.
