Call Extensions Rolling Into Location Extensions?
Has anyone else received an email describing calls now going to business location numbers instead of specified numbers? This is going to be tricky for multi-location businesses who use a main number going to a call centre, but who install local numbers in GMB as a best practice.
I did reach out to a partner, and followed the help centre links, but none of them describe my scenario. Think of a bank - one main number for all queries, hundreds of local numbers in a GMB, not going to a call centre, possibly not going to a CRM. yikes!
