Are image sizes and ads types related on Display Network?

Hi,

In Image App Install ads, there are different specs for different screens sizes supported. For example, if I upload an image of 300 x 50 (or 600 x 100), which is the size of mobile banner, will the ad be displayed as other types of ads, such as Large Banner or Interstitial (suppose both banner and interstitial are included in the setting)?  If so, how will the image be adjusted to make sure the information on it (design, text, etc.) doesn't get distorted?

Thanks!

@Philip L

You should upload all image sizes.  The system adjusts the size only in responsive ads.

Also note, that the click for  big banners  (for desktop devices) are typically more expensive, so you would consider setting them in a different ad-group, and bid higher.
