Hi,

I'm completely noob here.

This might sound funny but will Adwords ad be displayed on iOS based Apps or it will only target Android apps?

Is it possible to set it in a way that It will only target iOS and not Android?

Thanks

Hi Payam,

You can indeed select to target only iOS users, BUT only for Display and Video campaigns.

Thanks Josh,

Just to clarify, If I choose "search Network with Display Select" or "Search Network Only" the Ads will be run across iOS Apps as well as Android?

Thanks again

Hi Payam

Running a "Search Network Only" Campaign, there is a feature to drive App Installs. If you choose this option then your ads will only show on iOS or Android Based on the app you are promoting.

To run ads within iOS Apps, you need to choose the option to Drive Mobile App Installs or Mobile App Engagement on Display Network. Then once you choose your iOS App, it will only show ads in iOS Apps.

If you choose "Search Network with Display Select", this would target all users, iOS, Android or Web. I wouldn't recommend this if you only want to promote for iOS.
