Cassie

AdWords Community Manager

I joined Google in 2014 as an AdWords Account Strategist, helping businesses in many different industries define their advertising goals and optimize their accounts with ROI in mind. As an AdWords Community Manager, I now get to help even more advertisers run successful campaigns, and work with the awesome Communities team!

Cassie’s Tip: All advertisers should use conversion tracking! Click are swell, but users who click onto your site and leave quickly won’t help you grow your business efficiently. Even if you can’t track purchases, getting data on sign-ups, account creations, or quote requests will make it that much easier to optimize your campaigns.

Marissa
Google My Business Community Manager

I have worked on the Google My Business product since 2013 (when we were still called Google Places) and it's be an awesome ride. I'm thrilled to be on the Community team and hope to help as many business owners as I can. Luckily we have an awesome group of Top Contributors and Rising Stars that are "here to help" as well. Smiley Happy

Marissa's TipSpecial hours during the holidays and regularly updated business hours help users trust that you'll be open when you say you are. Always make sure your core business information is correct by logging into your Google My Business account and keeping your business website updated as well.

Google My Business Community Manager

I have worked on the Google My Business product since 2014 when I joined as a technical support agent. Since then the product, and my role, has been through a lot of changes but my passion for Google My Business has not. I'm thrilled to be working in a community with experts that have amazing product knowledge and the same passion to help users that I do!

Allyson's TipGoogle My Business is a free product so we'll never ask you for money! Remember to stay active and check your business information regularly, and check our social channels (Facebook & Twitter) for updates on new launches and product features.

Influencer Program Manager

Google has been my workplace since 2008. I started as AdWords Online Specialist, later on I worked as a Community Manager and now I’m overlooking the Top Contributor Program for AdWords. Communities and social media were always close to my heart and it just happened that I was able to find a job that matched my interests.

Zuzana's Tip: This Community is your "one stop shop" to get a reply to your questions fast, interact with other knowledgeable members such as Top Contributors and Rising Stars and find way how to keep on growing your business.
