Customer loyalty can generate big results for small businesses. In the US alone, consumers hold over 3.3 billion memberships in customer loyalty programs, a 26% increase from two years ago (Source: Colloquy Loyalty Census 2015). However, on average, 50-60% of customers at a small business don’t come back (Source: Belly).
