AB Test via GA/GTM
AB Test - For some types of Products that are available for sale, we want to stop allowing cancellations/returns. However, cancellation/returns will still be allowed for other products. The two variants of the experiment -
Variant 1: Users will see the following msg on some specific products only:"No returns allowed on this item"
Variat 2: Users will NOT see the above msg on those specific products
The URL remains the same. I had initially thought of setting up the experiment on the server side and then passing the experiment details to the GTM data layer. However, even by doing this, I'm not sure how will I be able to read the results on conversions + adds to cart.
