Hello,

What would the correct product category be for 'gold plated roses' in google shopping?

Here is a link to the product:  https://www.yatesjewelers.com/gold-dipped-rose-rosegold.html

It's not "dried flowers", or "fresh cut flowers" it's not a "home & garden > Plants > Flowers

Home & Garden > Plants > Flowers

 Any suggestions?

google_product_category should match the physical item's primary function.

with respect to jewelry, only watches require a google_product_category --

all other accessory related items only require the single sub-category; i.e.

Apparel & Accessories > Jewelry

otherwise, the item may be submitted with only a product_type,
with a private category taxonomy value and proper > breadcrumbs,

that matches the primary function of the physical item-offer.

submitting inappropriate or inaccurate google_product_category or product_type
may harm quality, or may cause items to eventually not show in the auctions --
at least not without a higher bid than would otherwise be needed.

the more appropriate google_product_category is likely:
Home & Garden > Decor > Artificial Flora

or, possibly (alternatively) a product_type of:
Jewelry > Gifts > Artificial Flowers

or both.

That's about the best you can do. I had a client selling moss wall panels. There's no category even remotely suitable.

Make sure it is very clear in your feed and your website what the product is.
