Hi Tracy
What is your question exactly? Are you trying to get access to this account? Are you trying to log into AdWords? Are you trying to send an email? If you could be a little more detailed it would help us answer your question quicker and more accurately.

Hi,
I have a website domain but the Gmail account with the same name has been
deleted by me and is no longer recoverable. I now want to use that domain
name but can't sign up for a Google merchant account because it askes for
the email and i would like both to be the same. I have a Hotmail account
with that domain name but it will not let me sign up with that.
Thanks

Hi Tracy,
Do you mean that you have a domain name parts4appliances.co.uk and you want to use the yourname@parts4appliances.co.uk address in Google Apps/Gmail?

What address are you signed into Merchant Center with?

Have you tried recovering your account using these instructions? https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/67422?hl=en

Hi Tracy
I'm still really confused at what you're trying to actually recover.
Can you take me through what you're trying to do, step by step and include the email addresses (random, with the correct domain so as not to attract spammers). Please describe the problem to me like you would describe it to a child. Remember, I do not know what you know and I cannot see what you can see. The more detail that you can provide, the better I can help you.

I want to open another Google Merchant account. This is to use with a
Domain name i bought some time ago.
The domain name is wowspares.co.uk. This is so i can send in my product
feed and then open an Adwords account.
The problem is Google will not let me open another Merchant Account because
the Gmail address with the same name had been deleted by me some time ago.
It asks for my G mail address but i can not sign in because it says its not
recoverable. I only opened up the Gmail account because i was going to use
this to match the domain name.
I really wanted them to match, i have a Hotmail account with the domain
identical with just @hotmail.com on the end but Google askes for a Gmail
account only.
Thanks

The best way forward is to create a new Google Account with a new email.

You can not recover a Google Account after a certain amount of time. I think it takes several years before the same email address can be registered again.

So simply create a new account, don't use the existing details.

Thanks for the help,
Is the Gmail account used just for signing in to Merchant Centre. What i
mean is is the separate to my website address. Can i still use my Hotmail
account with my website name on for all other things. So i have any name
for my new Merchant account Gmail, used to sign in, but keep all email's
relating to my website with a different one. Will i still be ok to upload
my feed.
Thanks

(1) yes -- the website and email are unconnected.
(2) yes -- the name for the new gmail used for the new merchant-center-account
and all existing (hotmail) email's relating to the website can be kept and the (new)
website's feed can still be uploaded.

(a) the overarching concept is the google-account;
(b) a google-account is created by using almost any email address;
(c) creating a (google) gmail-account automatically creates a google-account;

normally, google strongly encourages using gmail to create a google-account.
(d) a google-account may be used for many many google related services;
(e) the google-merchant-center is one such google related service;
(f) sometimes, the same google-account must be used for many google-services --
for example, the same google-account must be used to both verify the website
using google-webmaster-tools and claim that website in google-merchant-center,
for use in submitting the merchant-center feed for that site.

importantly, only one website and one active merchant-center-account
is generally allowed per business-entity (merchant) -- regardless of
which google-account is used -- and is otherwise considered a policy
violation that can trigger a disapproval or suspension, at any time.

that is, normally, two websites should not be
submitting feeds from the same merchant.

to transition from one site or one merchant-center-account to another --
first -- be certain that all current data-feed entries have been deleted
and the current website has been removed from the claim settings,
within the current merchant-center-account.

generally, the website should be currently up, running, accepting secure orders
for in stock, on-hand physical inventory, and can be crawled by google -- before
even considering a merchant-center-account to submit its feed.
