unit_pricing_measure missing warning

Hi,

My google merchant adds were cut off because google now seems to require a unit_pricing_measure.  I currently use shopify to plug into the google merchant center, and therefore have no control over the data feed.

Here is an example of one of the products in question: http://www.graviolateacompany.com/collections/soursop-leaves-for-tea/products/pure-graviola-whole-so...

Any help understanding why this is now an issue, and especially resolving it is more than welcome.

Thanks

the best likely course is to first contact google to verify
all the issues that need to be fixed; then, contact shopify
support so that the fixes can be properly implemented.

a single disapproval or suspension can be triggered by multiple issues.

generally, unit_pricing_measure is simply recommended
and should not trigger a disapproval or suspension --
if google verifies that is the (only) cause and only issue
then simply have shopify add the unit_pricing_measure
attribute to the submitted data with a proper value; e.g.
20g

some types of items require the attribute due to external regulations --

if so then, without the newly required attributes and proper values such

items simply cannot be submitted; however, there are other campaign

types and ad-formats that are available and might be used to advertise

such items, if the required attributes cannot be added.
