Hi there,

It isn't advised:

You can't measure the results of your advertising

You don't control the site - so if your account gets suspended, and you can't fix the issue, then you might be locked out of AdWords forever

Having said that, you could if you wanted to. Only one ad for amazon.com can show in the same search results, so if Amazon were bidding, you would compete with them.

for shopping-ads, google requires the website
to be verified within the google-search-console
and claimed within the merchant-center-account.

for marketplaces (amazon, ebay, etc), google usually requires

the marketplace to submit inventory listings on behalf of each

individual-seller, for shopping-ads.

as was indicated, advertising with google with respect to other campaign-types
is not recommended, since control of the website over the long-term is generally
required to adhere to all policies and such advertising is practically prohibitive,

when multiple sellers exist on the same website.

the best likely course would be to contact amazon merchant/seller
support directly for possible advertising options and alternatives.
