I have a feed with a policy violation but I was never able to see why as it was approved right away. It has stayed on my feed for weeks now and I cannot understand this either. As I have updated daily.

For what it's worth, I've had this issue starting around 2 weeks ago, and am not experiencing a significant drop in traffic. The issue is covering various portions of the feed items from 10% to 100% across a number of sites (at least 10), with no pattern as to why. This is a google bug. Note these products are never disapproved for long. Also note, these are old accounts with no changes in the affected items.

I will post again if I see any changes in general_spam_policy (policy violation) for the sites I manage.

Check this reply about Feed requirements - it can be helpful;

Had the same issues across a number of GMC's - its a none issues (just annoying) as there is a delay in google clearing them down.

Also best to manager you policy violations out as and when they appear though :-)

Thanks for your feedback however, I am still having the policy violation show up on my feed. It has now been over three weeks with no idea why there is a violation. Yes I did look at the articles as to why.. however, according to this I should not be having a problem hence the reason why they reapproved the feed before I even had a chance to find out. Should I wait 1 more week like my last reply said, or should I just delete and resubmit a new feed?  I am sure this will cause another set of problems.

generally, never delete a feed unless a person at google indicates to do so.

forum-members cannot look into any feed or account.

a disapproval may be for multiple issues and happen at any time --
google is constantly checking and rechecking submitted data, items,
images, websites, businesses, and supply-chains for policy issues.

the best likely course would be to simply contact a
merchant-center shopping-ads support-specialist at

google directly --
