please help us active our merchants account

Our Merchants account was frozen, but we checked numerous times on our website and feed, really did not find any violation of policies and issues, please let us know the specific reason is frozen, if you do not tell us the specific reasons, we unable to correct, we have been doing google shopping advertising, has done more than three years, has been no problem, and now suddenly freeze, a great impact on us, I hope you can help me to solve this problem, until the account is used can put google shopping ads, we really need your account audit team members to respond and give me a solution to my problem, this event is not resolved more than 20 days have passed, and hope to resolve as soon as possible.

 

Our merchants account is <edited by a Community Manager for account security>, and we called china google customer group,but they didn't give us any reason and can not help us to solve it , hope you can help me, thanks!

what were the exact messages from google?
(minus any sensitive, personal, information)

what is an exact link url to the website?

what is the supply-chain of the products?

are the inventory items listed on any other website, domain, or venue?

Your Merchant Center account has been suspended and your product listings no longer appear on Google Shopping. Please note that a suspension notification message is also displayed in your Merchant Center account. In addition, related Merchant Center accounts might also get suspended.

unfortunately, the suspension seems to relate to the account --
rather than the website or data-feed -- and google has not
indicated any steps to take to reinstate the account; generally,
in such cases. nothing can be done to reinstate the account.

why ? why suspended my account ? Cann't you give us the reason and detail ? Can you not help us solve my problem ?

Hi Chen,

 

In matters of disapproval, only Google can verify the reasoning behind the ruling. Forum members are unable to look directly into a user account, if this is where the problem lies, then you will need to work directly with Google to see if you can be approved once more. However, as @Celebird has already stated, the lack of instructions in the email to you, would lead me to believe this problem is not one which can be resolved.
