my product is disapproved for unknown reason

Hello,

 

I am new to Google Merchant , I created a feed with 2 products, and it looks like both are disapproved (according to the Dashboard). Under "Diagnostics" it says "No data to display", no issues, everything is looking good. Under products, both products show an hourglass. Never received any e-mails... If my products are indeed disapproved, before even asking how to fix it, how do I know the reason why???

disapproval issues related to feed processing would be seen
under the feed's status-tab -- by clicking on the feed's name,
under the feeds-tab.

disapproval issues related to an item would be seen under
the technical-details section of the individual item --
by clicking on the item's title, under the products-tab.

also, be certain all email-addresses, set under the merchant-center-account,
are valid and not blocking google from sending details about the disapproval --

check the email's spam folder.

the diagnostics-tab does not show details until after
the website has been crawled for policy issues --
typically, 72-hours or so after the feed is processed;
the diagnostics-tab mainly relates to issues found
after the website has been crawled and inspected.

otherwise, forum-members cannot look into any feed or account details.

however, a merchant-center product-listing-ads
support-specialist at google may be contacted
to look directly into the data-feed and account:

a best-practice is to review all policies for the physical inventory,
supply-chain, and website, and to submit items using a test-feed --
before submitting any items using a live feed, to avoid a disapproval:

I don't understand....only wanted to use as a new email address. ..
