merchant account suspended for no returns page

So my account was suspended for not having a returns page. I take full responsibility for this and have fixed the issue.

 

Google have given me an option to appeal which i will be doing shortly.

 

But as my entire business depended on this Im pretty concerned. could someone tell me

 

Am i likely to be able to get my account reinstated 

 

and if there is any kind of list of things I need to have on my site to make sure there are no further issues. I looked but couldnt find anything other than the ToS

Do not make any appeals, instead ask Google to review your account again here : https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/suspended

There is no such thing as a list, Google Shopping has a lot of requirements so I recommend reading up on the below:

Please note to read all the linked articles within the above links as it has a lot of policies.

You can also allow forum members to answer your questions, for this, we need to know more. Such as all current issues in Google Merchant Center found under the diagnostics panel and your website.
Then we can look at the site and give you guidance. However as much as we are knowledgeable about Google Shopping, I still recommend reading everything and not solely rely on us forum members.
