insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]

Could someone please help in this?

As suggested I left out 'brand' and it still gives errors.

id: cbt2

title: Cashmere Blanket Twin

...

identifier_exists: no

gtin:

mpn:

gender: unisex

age_group: adult
==================

id: rbsilk

title: Silk Scarf

...

identifier_exists: no

gtin:

mpn:

gender: female

age_group: adult

===================

This time the error message says:

"cbt2","2","Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]",Error,,

"rbsilk","4","Insufficient product identifiers: Missing brand attribute.",Error,,

Would someone have any other suggestion? I am at a loss. Thank you.

insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]

forum-members cannot look into any

submitted data or account details --

the best likely course is to contact google.

generally, mpn, gtin, and brand cannot be submitted,

at all, in any way whatsoever, if identifier_exists is set

to no and is valid for the physical item being submitted --

for example, in an xml feed the attributes cannot exist

for the item-offer.

if brand and gtin exists, on the physical item or package,

then brand and gtin must be submitted -- or the item must

be removed from the feed until the proper global-trade-data

can be submitted.

in addition, posting, here in public, a public url link

to the exact feed file that is registered and being

submitted, along with specific screen-captures of

specifically what is being seen, may allow other

forum-member to offer more specific suggestions.

Thank you, Celebird.

We do not have GTIN and MPN codes. When I submit those two attributes and the Brand attribute with empty fields I get the error message:

Item Id,Line number,Message,Type,Values,Item title
"cctb2","3","Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]",Error,,
"cbt2","2","Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]",Error,,
"rbsilk","4","Insufficient product identifiers: Missing brand attribute.",Error,,

Now it gets funny. When I submit those two attributes with empty fields and the Brand attribute WITH the brand name I get the error message:

Item Id,Line number,Message,Type,Values,Item title
"cbt2","2","Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]",Error,,
"cctb2","3","Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]",Error,,

So the silk shawl is fine. The blankets are not. This puzzles me.

Here is the URL for the Test feed:

www.aseana-lounge.com/gbase/test_withBrand.txt

Thank you for looking into this.

first, you're welcome and thank you for the sample/test feed.

(a) the identifier_exists attribute in that file contains a mixed-encoded

character, which is likely causing google to not properly recognize the

attribute, or the corresponding value.

delete and retype the entire column-name, as exactly:
identifier_exists

(b) if all items are handmade and have identifier_exists set to no,
then simply delete the mpn, gtin, and brand, columns, altogether --
google automatically includes the store-brand-name, with all items,
as set within the merchant-center; there is no need to duplicate the
store-brand information in any submitted-data.

(c) as an aside, the price value should be a number, space, and

the three-letter iso currency -- not a currency and number; e.g.

390.00 USD
