first, you're welcome.

a content-provider in the context of reviews-feeds is
usually a reviews-and-ratings website that aggregates
their reviews and ratings data; typically according to
some set of industry standards.

google has not yet publicly issued any details concerning
the criteria for entry into the program or how an invitation
is determined -- despite being asked many many times.

however, there is a contact email and list of review-aggregators
where the most salient criteria might be requested or deduced --

generally, a specialist at google must create and approve
a specialized (merchant-center) account for this purpose.

typically, a representative from google should have already
contacted the content-provider to ask for their participation
in the program -- simply reply directly to that representative
and request the steps required to submit reviews-feeds.

Celebird thank you for your answer. It's partly clarified my question. Who is content-provider according to Google? How you become one? How Google rep decides whether to invite content-provider to the program? Thanks
