google merchant center - delivery

Hello,

I have set up a google shopping campaign targeting the UK. I offer two options for shipping: either a £5 rate for anywhere in the UK, or the possibility to collect from our studio in London for customers who also live there. How can I offer the two options on shopping ads?

Thank you for your help

for shopping-ads, for the described use-case, only the 5 gpb rate
would be allowed and only the 5 gbp rate may be submitted or set
within the merchant-center-account.

currently, shopping-ads do not allow for in-store pick-up and only the
u.s., a.u., and j.a. target-countries offer region-based shipping rates --
a shipping rate, for shopping-ads, covers only shipping directly to an
individual and all costs for any handling, delivery, shipping, logistics,
or carrier, including any related insurance costs.

a shipping rate must be either exactly accurate or an overestimate --
or is otherwise a policy violation and grounds for disapproval or a
suspension from the program, at any time.

a best-practice is to always check the final processed/calculated shipping
by clicking on the item's title, under the products-list-tab, in the merchant
center account, to verify what shipping may be displayed for a shopping-ad.

for in-store pick-up at a physical store with posted walk-in hours,
google offers the optional, additional, local-inventory-ads program:
