Hi, if someone can help please..

 

I have submitted all my websites products to google shopping and have free shipping and use stripe.

 

I have an email saying that my account has been cancelled as my checkout is unsecure and shipping not added. i am using free shipping and £4.50 under £50

 

One: stripe are a secure checkout and i have forwarded the email to stripes legal department.

 

Two: My website host is wix and checkout is ecwid who hold stripe as a payment method. 

 

I have updated my feeds but still nothing..

issues can relate to the data being submitted, product images,
type of item, account settings, feed settings, target-country,
website details, supply-chain, or some combination of these --
a single disapproval or suspension can be for multiple issues.

generally, no information can be collected on the website
during the checkout-flow -- the entire checkout-flow and
all user data collection must be under (https/ssl) secure
(third-party) checkout pages.

also, be certain free shipping is only either set within
the account or set within a valid shipping attribute --
shipping cannot be mentioned anyplace else within

any submitted data.

we would typically need specific information such as exact status information,
any exact messages, screen-captures, registered and claimed url, exact data
submitted, data-feed and account histories, etc, posted here within the public
