What what what??

Only on product pages?? This has changed since 2015? Or the guides are all wrong?

Do not take this to the letter, the checkout ie final page still needs the list of products seperated by a comma.

But for example search, category etc... should have these removed.

first, thank you for the clarification

of a post written back in 2015.

the context of the original post was related to the google tag
manager flagging (woo-commerce) pages, not checkout-flow.

in that context, ecomm_prodid must only be on product-pages
and the values passed via the ecomm_prodid parameter to the

dynamic-remarketing-for-retail-tag must exactly match the items'

product id values in the submitted merchant-center-feed.

of course, as was indicated, other pages such as category-pages must not use
ecomm_prodid and e-commerce checkout-flow must also have ecomm_prodid --
more specifically, any time ecomm_pagetype is product or cart; but the cart case
was rather outside the scope of the original question.
