Hello Community Members,

I have an question Reagarding google merchant feed.
On Last Friday I have add a one more column in my Google merchant feed i.e. custom_label_0.

After adding this column I upload this data feed in my merchant center. But the problem is data still not in merchant feed under product tab (that’s why we cannot create separate ad group for this column data). If we download the same feed from merchant which I upload then column and their data remaining as it is. Merchant also not showing any data feed error in diagnostic tabs.

What would be the reason behind this issue?  Please can help me on this issue.

Thanks in advance

first, be certain to inspect the main merchant-center-account
dashboard for suspension or similar target-country messages.

the system may sometimes take 24-72 hours or so to update all
information within the products-tab after all the data has been
successfully resubmitted with any new information.

check the exact date and time the items were submitted, against the
uploaded time under the feeds or api-diagostics tabs and against all
the times and dates listed under the products-tab, after clicking on
the item's title.

also, be certain that the items are not being submitted via the content-api --
generally, items submitted via the api cannot also be submitted using a feed.

otherwise, be certain that there is only one, single,
feed registered with google for the target-country.

also, be certain that no id value has changed for any submitted items.

if a third-party is handling the data-feed or api then, the third-party
support-group should be contacted directly for help and guidance.

otherwise, a merchant-center product-listing-ads
support-specialist may be contacted directly to
look into all submitted data and both accounts.
