merchants cannot change the initial country selection.

however, the merchant-center country-selection is mainly
for language and other account information -- the most
important selection is the registered feed.

the registered feed's target-country is what
determines the rules and policies that must
be followed both within the feed and on the
website -- not the account-settings.

if the merchant-center account-settings are resulting
in an unreadable language within the account or any

similar issues then, google should be contacted directly.

otherwise, simply be certain that the registered data

feed has the appropriate target-country for the website.

Thank you for the reply. I have seen the targeted country, bt no Malaysia in the option. is this means that shopping menu is just for US country or europe? Malaysia not applicable?

first, you're welcome.

currently, the list of supported target-counties are here:

if the business and website can meet the requirements of a
supported target-country and the items can be shipped to

users in that country in a timely manner then, the feed can

be registered for that target-country, regardless of where

the business is physically located.

otherwise, there are many other ad-formats

and campaign-types that might be considered --
