Hi Santosh,

You may have to break the product groups again as per your divisions and keep creating new adgroups.
You may need to follow the same process again and again and have to create as many adgroups as you want and then add product groups of your choice under each adgroup.

Remember that ad groups in the same campaign will still share all other campaign settings, including Merchant Center ID, country of sale, inventory filter, and campaign priority. If a product is included in multiple ad groups in the same campaign, we'll only use the highest bid you set across the entire campaign. So exclude the products which exists in another group.

Hope this helps!

Hello @santosh s

You can split them up using Google's subdivide option.

Create an ad group in your Shopping Campaign
Next to all products click on the edit button
Choose your subdivide from the drop down list, for example choose brand
Now exclude 'everything else in all products'
Repeat the process for other brands or categories etc...
