if the status has not changed in three business-days that typically
means that something does not meet google's policies related to
a product, business, or supply-chain details, or there is something
within the submitted data that is confusing google.

click on the title under the products-list-tab
and verify the status of both destinations --
check all data against all google's policies.
especially related to business-practices,
product details, images, and supply-chains.

if a feed was used to submit inventory data -- be certain there is only one,
single, feed file registered with google per target-country, and verify feed
processing details, by clicking on the feed's name in the merchant-center.

if the api was used to submit inventory data -- be certain to verify
the inserted request and response details under the api-diagnostics.

otherwise, this is mainly a peer-to-peer forum -- forum-members cannot look
into any submitted data or account details; forum-members unusually need
much more specific information posted here in the public-forum to offer more
specific suggestions.

otherwise, simply contact google directly so that a
merchant-center support-specialist can look directly
into the account, website, and all submitted data.

the diagnostics-tab is mainly a historical log - to use as a diagnostics-tool,
to help locate the root-causes of a narrow range of specific issues related to
the website, images, and account, so that long-term fixes can be applied, so

that those specific flagged issues never reoccur.

as an aside, note that due to the holidays,

google-support options may be limited and

reviews may simply be delayed.
