Your ads aren't as prominent as they could be if you used seller ratings

Hi, I have a website development company and running AdWords. Recently, I received recommendations showing on my account, saying "Your ads aren't as prominent as they could be if you used seller ratings." I tried to go to the merchant center and set up a budge on the website, but it didn't show any reviews.

I appreciate any valuable suggestion regarding this subject.

seller-ratings for seller-ratings-extensions
require a source approved by google and,

in most cases, 150 unique reviews with a

rating of 3.5 stars or higher.

depending on the business, accumulating
that may approved ratings/reviews may take
on the order of many many weeks or months.

also, although seller-ratings do tend to improve trust-signals
and therefore help to improve quality, in most instances, google
does not guarantee that the ratings/reviews will be displayed
for all shopping-ads, all the time -- even if the data-source and

statistical requirements have been met.

if the approved-source of seller-ratings, that are
currently being used, are google-customer-reviews,
then if there are any issues in the merchant-center,
or on the website, google may be contacted directly:
https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/gcr_merchant_contact

if the approved-source of seller-ratings, that are

currently being used, is an approved-third-party,

then if there are any issues the best likely course

is to contact the third-party directly.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it is not resolving my issue.

I received a recommendation from Google AdWords that I need to integrate with my AdWords with my rating. See screenshot here https://www.dropbox.com/s/xkjd1wul19ns2ti/AdWords.jpg?dl=0

Are you saying that Google provided me with a recommendation that is not possible?

first, you're welcome and thank you for the screenshot.

that is not a recommendation -- that
is a general advertisement by google,
for their customer-reviews program.

yes, not all merchants are eligible for the program, and
merchants are free to ignore any such advertisements.

if seller-ratings-extensions by google-customer-reviews,
is something that may be of interest, then the eligibility
requirements and other details, are currently here:
https://support.google.com/merchants/topic/7095697

this is mainly a peer-to-peer public forum -- forum-members
do not have access to any information required, to determine
eligibility, of individual merchants.
