Your Merchant Center Account Has Been Suspended - Policy Violation

Hi - my 'Mindware Lab' Merchant Center Account has been suspended because of a 'policy violation', but none of us can figure out why. Where can I find out? I've gone through the requirements listed, and everything seems fine. I can't find any anomalies or violations. Thanks. Mark

generally, the merchant-center is mainly for submitting product-listing-ads,
for retail products that are kept physically in stock by the merchants who
sell them and can be shipped via direct-to-consumer shipping methods.

however, there are other ad-formats and campaign-types that exist
and may be a better fit for advertising certain types of products,
such as apps --

Are you these guys, http://www.mindware.com/ or the Russian one with the .ru domain? The answer ought to be obvious that if you are a Russian retailer your ads which are in English can not be approved and/or you need an English language website.
