Are you running Shopping and you are talking about Merchant Feed. Please share the screenshot.

Unfortunately, as you have supplied very little detail, we will struggle to assist you. 

 

Have your items only recently been disapproved after some changes to your account/items/site?

 

Is this a newly created account?

 

The possible reason for any disapproval can be based on many factors outwith your feed itself, so although you feel your feed has no errors, your resulting landing page or website could be to blame. 

 

An article you may wish to read about the most common reasonings behind disapproval can be found here, however, I would strongly urge you to contact Google directly and try to resolve this matter.
