Why is the shopping status of one of my products set as a clock with a clock-wise arrow?

In my product list in Google Merchant Center under the Shopping column, the status of one product has that icon (clock with clock-wise arrow circling it). The others have green check marks or yellow/orange hourglasses - approved or pending. Can you please tell me what this new icon means?

If you have the image as below, that means it's under review due to data feed changes from previously uploaded. Every time there is a big change to any attribute in the data feed for the specified product, it under goes another review from Google.

There should only be 3 icons.

  • red stop sign (disapproved)
  • checkmark (approved)
  • hourglass (under review)

You can click on the product to find out more info.

However if you have an icon other than the above, than I do not know what this is.

Hope it helps.

This answer is not very helpful when we do have a clock icon in the shopping column.  Someone else please?

I have 3 of these showing and clicking on the product name gives me no additional information.

what was described sounds like a not-yet-searchable or not-configured status --
which can indicate that the item is out-of-stock, the destination has not
been configured or not been configured properly, or google is confused

or concerned by some information in the submitted data, so the status

is under a more thorough review or cannot be updated.

after clicking on the item's title under the products-list-tab -- check the
availability and id attribute values against the submitted data details by
clicking on information-you-provided-us; check both the shopping-ads and
dynamic-remarketing status details under the status-section, verify the
last-update-on date against the submitted date of the feed-reupload or
api-inserted dates; and click the link under the product's title, to be
certain the landing-page is still functioning and responds properly to
all google's crawl requests.

otherwise, this is mainly a peer-to-peer forum; forum-members cannot look into
any accounts or submitted data; forum-members can mainly offer suggestions
based on the details posted here in the public-forum; posting more specific
details -- such as, the specific item-data that is being submitted, the exact
time that the item's (feed or api) data was re-submitted or re-inserted, and

screen-captures of the products-list-tab showing the icon, the item-details

section after clicking on the item's title, including the exact current status

for both shopping-ads and remarketing destinations, last-update-on date

under the technical-details, and details under information-you-provided-us

including id and availability, etc. -- may sometimes help other forum-members

offer more specific suggestions.

otherwise, if the status has not changed in 72-hours or the availability
value is currently seen as in stock, under information-you-provided-us,

then the best likely course would be to simply contact google directly,

so that a person at google can look into the account and submitted data.

Thanks for your help.  Mine is actually a clock face - on a product that says approved for ads and remarketing. I will have to call Google.
