for google_product_category the closest fit is likely needlecraft patterns:

Arts & Entertainment > Hobbies & Creative Arts > Arts & Crafts > Crafting Patterns & Molds > Needlecraft Patterns

otherwise, for google_product_category, simply use:
Arts & Entertainment > Hobbies & Creative Arts > Arts & Crafts

than, submit any proper product_type value
that more exactly represents the item; e.g.
Arts > Crafts > Sewing Machines > Embroidery > Machine Embroidery Designs

google_product_category and product_type
should simply reflect the physical product.

(a) google_product_category

for google_product_category simply use the highest level, broad,
but exact, google-defined, taxonomy value that best categorizes
the physical item or how the physical item might be used --
there is no need to use a specific low-level value if none exists.

for example --
Arts & Entertainment > Hobbies & Creative Arts

google_product_category must simply match a google-defined value exactly.

(b) product_type

for product_type just about any relevant value may be used --
product_type may be used to more exactly define a taxonomy.

for example --
Crafts > Needlecrafts > Embroidery > Embroidery Machine Supplies

both google_product_category and product_type are used to:

(1) help google determine which attributes are required for the type of item;
for example, apparel clothing requires a color -- so, while a more specific
taxonomy value is usually best and recommended, only a broad, high-level,
value is needed;

(2) segment items within the shopping-campaign,
to help create effective bidding strategies --

for example, bidding higher on all machine-patterns
but lower on all iron-transfer related craft products.

(3) help google find a specific physical item during searches on
google-shopping and for grouping relevant product-listing-ads.

all three uses should be taken into account when deciding on a category value.

Thank you so much for your helpful reply. I just want to ask one more questions. If i add this category: { Crafts > Needlecrafts > Embroidery > Embroidery Machine Supplies } So what what are the required fields for this and we have a etsy shop and website as well but our website is not complete yet we are working on it. But our etsy shop is perfectly running. So I am just telling you about that because we always use some required things or specification that we are use in our products. Some are mentioning below. Kindly check and let me know can we add all those specifications in our google shopping product?

first, you're welcome.

(a) Crafts...Embroidery Machine Supplies, is not a valid google_product_category
and cannot be used as a google_product_category value; google_product_category
valid values must be defined by google, for example, a valid value may be, exactly,
either:
Arts & Entertainment > Hobbies & Creative Arts > Arts & Crafts > Crafting Patterns & Molds > Needlecraft Patterns
or
Arts & Entertainment > Hobbies & Creative Arts > Arts & Crafts

(b) Crafts...Embroidery Machine Supplies may be used as a product_type value.

(c) what is required is currently specified here:
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112
simply search for required using a browser.

(d) if those product-specifications (stitches: 70609, etc) apply only

to the specific for-sale item being submitted as a shopping-ad, then

yes -- the information may be used within the description attribute.

all data submitted for a shopping-ad must be relevant with respect to
the one specific item-offer being sold -- and match the landing-page;

no formatting is allowed in submitted data however -- only plain text.

(e) for anything related to etsy, the best likely course is to contact
etsy-support directly and possibly post in the etsy-forums -- what
may be defined for etsy may have a completely different meaning
and policy implications for the merchant-center and shopping-ads.

(f) importantly perhaps, items cannot be submitted or listed from the

same seller from multiple websites or venues; that is a policy violation

and grounds for all items being removed, disapproval, or (permanent)

suspension from the program, at any time.

for example, a merchant/seller cannot have items listed or submitted
from both a private website and a marketplace venue such as etsy --
only one is allowed.

google has rather strict rules related to gaining such an unfair advantage.
