Thread copied from Merchant Center Forum

This is my first time submitting a feed to google. The feed is for infant t-shirts. I have a couple of questions.
1. If I do nothing will the feed still get through
2. How can I check that the products are live
3. How do I get and mpn for my product
Many thanks rosa

(1) yes, if that is the only warning or issue;
(2) check the feed-status-summary report,
the status for each item in the products-tab
when clicking on the item's title -- and within
the adwords account;
(3) the brand-manufacturer must supply
all global-trade-data (mpn, gtin, brand)
and cannot be self-assigned by merchants.

google only wants global-trade-data (brand, mpn, gtin)
that currently exits, is valid, and has already been assigned
by the brand-manufacturer and identical for all merchants
who are selling the same brand-manufactured product.

importantly in this particular case, shirts fall under the
google_product_category
Apparel & Accessories > Clothing

apparel requires only a valid brand from the brand-manufacturer.

apparel does not require any mpn;
apparel does not require any gtin;
warnings related to these attributes and t-shirts may be ignored.

rules related to apparel (clothing) should be here --
