Our store's domain is but it resolves to I think this is why the website verification is failing. I've placed the google file in that subfolder but it doesn't work. Any ideas out there?

generally, google does not allow redirects or pop-ups.

also, only one website per merchant is usually allowed --
so the default merchant-center account supports only
one, single, website.

if the second website is already owned and verified,
the best likely course would be to simply submit all
physical inventory using only that one website url --
then, use separate product-groups to bid on different
product categories or separate shopping-campaigns
if different budgets are wanted or needed.
