Valid Headers in the shipping feed of Google Trusted Store

HI, I was uploading the google trusted feed in a test feed.

I tried the ff. headers  in a tab delimited .txt file:

1. "Order ID""Carrier tracking number""Carrier name""other carrier name""Shipment Date"

2. "merchant order id""tracking number""carrier code""other carrier name""ship date"

Both of which are giving me errors when it is being validated.  the 2nd one is what is specified in the table which according to the documentation, should be what we have as the header.

Does anyone know which is the correct header to use?

Thanks!

(a) check the .txt file in a browser for any quotes --

try removing all quotation-marks from the .txt file.

first row tab-delimited heading should be five columns:
merchant order id
tracking number
carrier code
other carrier name
ship date

(b) be certain the (test) feed is registered

as a trusted-store-order-shippents type --

a standard merchant-center feed will not be

processed properly and will not be accepted.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact a

google-trusted-stores merchant-representative directly.
