Using USD currency with Mexico as target country

My employer sells goods that require USD as currency but we are based in Mexico, the google expert told me to make a US based feed (target country) and fill the spreadsheet but I'm guessing it won't show in Mexico, is there a way around this? Thanks

there is no way around the target-country policies.

the website, landing-pages, e-commerce, and submitted inventory
data, must follow the rules and policies for the (registered-feed's)
target-country; for example --

if the rules and policies are followed, both on the site and within
submitted (feed) data then, campaign-level targeting options

may help influence where the product-listing-ads are shown --
but those results will likely be limited, especially since, currently,
there there is no mx shopping domain.

however, there are many other campaign-types and ad-formats
that are currently available and may be a better fit for advertising
certain product-offers --
