Upload a seller ratings XML feed (similar to a product reviews XML feed)?

Is it possible to upload an XML feed with seller ratings / shop lever reviews / testimonials to Google so that the shop can show seller ratings on Google Shopping and in Google paid search (Seller Rating extension).

For the product reviews XML feed, a form has to be filled out: https://services.google.com/fb/forms/productratingsinterest/

How is the process for providing seller ratings?

seller-ratings and product-ratings are two
entirely different and separate extensions.

seller-ratings cannot be submitted by individual merchants, at all --
seller-ratings must be handled via a third-party approved by google:

the general process for seller-ratings is to sign-up
with a google-approved seller-ratings provider --
then, work with the seller-ratings provider directly
to begin collecting data; google will collect the data
automatically from the seller-ratings provider or the
seller-ratings-site may submit their data to google.

product-ratings are for only for physical products that are sold by merchants --
not for ratings or reviews of the merchants themselves; product-ratings may

be submitted by individual merchants:

the interest-form posted is for products and product-ratings --

that interest-form has nothing whatever to do with seller-ratings.

as an aside, there is a third extension, called review-extensions;

review-extensions relate to third-party, more formal, copyrighted

or published testimonials, such as in newspapers or magazines.
