Unrecognized attribute: image src issue in google merchant fees ?

Hi

did make manually feed for a merchant account and upload and having this issue " Unrecognized attribute: image src "  i check all and found my image url contain like " mywebsite/28/products/mens-diamond-wedding-band.jpg ) but google is saying they need underscore . how can i fix my store is hosted by shopify and they don't have any app that make it underscore , all they use is ( DASH ) in images url !

 

please help thx

(1) there is no such attribute as image src --

the attribute must be changed to image_link

https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324350

 

the image_link attribute is what should normally contain the underscore.

 

(2) the image_link value must be a full http or https url;

e.g.

http://www.example.com/28/products/mens-diamond-wedding-band.jpg

 

any dash used for the value must be a standard u.s.ascii dash -
not any microsoft em/en dash or any other type of dash character.

 

if there are any issues making these changes, then

the best likely course would be to simply contact

shopify support directly for guidance.
