Unable to pass Google Merchant Center product validation

I am unable to pass the validation. I've filled out all of the fields I can which I've posted below but when I click on validate I get the following error

Invalid data1
This attribute includes invalid data.
Examples:
  • Row 2

Since that highlights the entire row, I'm unsure how to proceed. I spoke with someone from Google over the phone and they just told me to verify all my information was correct which I believe it is.

Any help I can get here will be super appreciated.

first, you're welcome.

the issue seems to be with the price attribute value --
however, only spreadsheet-validation reports an issue;

live feed-processing does not report any such issue.

spreadsheet-validation is not required for processing --
direct feedback about the optional validation add-on,
may be sent directly to google.

as to live processing --

when clicking on open, for the registered sheet, under the products-feeds
tab, within the merchant-center-account, be certain that the sheet opens
to the template sheet-tab -- not any other tab.

also, verify the sheet is registered as the primary-feed
and there is only one, single, primary-feed registered
under products-feeds, within the merchant-center-account:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/products/sources

a fetch-now of the sheet, will trigger live processing --

live-processing will check the data in the feed (sheet);

then, the website, physical product, and business, will

be checked for policy issues; policy checks will usually

take 72-hours or so, and may be re-checked at any time.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to re-contact google --
indicating that the issue relates to the merchant-center-account
for shopping-ads, when contacting google, sometimes helps.

as an aside, that website likely does not meet shopping-ad policies --
e.g. pop-ups are generally not allowed on the submitted product-page.

forum-members cannot look into any submitted data.

if a google-sheet is being used, posting a read-only

url link to the specific spreadsheet being used, may

allow other forum-members to offer specific suggestions.

be certain all data entered is plain text, without any symbols;

if row-2 is a link -- click the link for possible additional details.

note that health-care related items have extremely

strict rules and policies; any claims about the items

or ingredients, submitted or on the website, can

cause such items to never be approved.

Thank you.

Here is the link as I've still been unable to figure out what I'm missing or doing wrong.
