Unable To Submit Policy Violation, URL Not Accepted
So I noticed a policy violation on Google Merchant, I attempted to submit it but the "I want to report a violation" page doesn't appear to accept the URL. I copied and pasted it but all I get is the message "This field is required. If you're having trouble capturing the Google-provided link from the Product Listing Ad, please check this article.". Using Chrome, tried it in IE too.....weird. Removed the HTTP, the www too, tried all various combinations. Anyone else have this trouble?

the url submitted in the policy-violation-form
must be the google-provided ad-click (aclk)
url that is contained in the product-listing-ad,
with the (final) destination of the merchant's
website landing-page -- not the merchant's
website url nor the merchant's landing-page.
if the url is a compare-prices or similar page and not
an individual merchant's product-listing-ad (aclk) url
then, the appropriate form is google-feedback --
using the send-feedback link near the bottom of
most google (shopping) pages.
otherwise, a merchant-center product-listing-ads
support-specialist may be contacted directly for
guidance or help with the appropriate form.
