UTM_Term Parameter is not showing keyword

Hi, we are running a Google Shopping campaign and using UTM Parameters in the url. I have a problem with UTM_Term parameter. I want to track the keyword from which the visitor find our url. So in our url i am using utm term parameter like this:

 

www.example.com/?utm_source=google&utm_term={keyword}. 

 

All the utm information is then receive in the emails we receive from the contact us form. 

 

For utm_term it shows the value keyword, not the actual keyword we are trying to track.

 

Where is the problem and what's the resolution.

 

Please advise.

Not sure I understand;
Are you trying to track the search query (aka search term) or the keywrod? 

Google does not allow to track the search query directly from the search page

I can't find the official announcement, but here is an article in a reputable  blog:

the search-terms that a customer types, that triggers a shopping-ad,
may be seen within the dimensions-tab, under a shopping-campaign.

the {keyword} value-track parameter are the words an advertiser creates,
within the account, to target a customer, that triggers an advertisement --
not the search-terms that a customer/user types when searching.

shopping-ads do not use keywords -- the {keyword} and any related
valuetrack-parameters will always be blank for a shopping-campaign.
