URL is verified & claimed but merchant account says is not

Help please ..... We have just re-branded the website after 6 months and have switched to a new URL. We have verified and claimed the new URL successfully in the Merchant Centre, and Adwords campaign is successfully linked. It's been running fine on the old URL for 6 months. We then re-uploaded the shipping feed (via Shopify) and all was fine on Shopify system. Checking the feed in the Merchant Centre it's saying 98% of products are disapproved, and under current issues says "Website URL not claimed" - but it is. I've tried saving again (twice), re-uploading again (twice) but still not showing and still saying same error. There are no indications of any issues on the individual products themselves when I look at the list, but none are showing on the shopping channel hours later, and still same not claimed error. Any help would be greatly appreciated ..... Thanks!

the best likely course would be to contact shopify-support directly:
https://support.shopify.com/

the not-claimed error-message typically means either (a) that the claim
has been lost or (b) that the verified and claimed domain/url within the
google-merchant-center does not exactly match the link url within the
data being submitted, or the primary-domain set, via the third-party
e-commerce system -- in this case, shopify.

check the link being submitted for each item by clicking on an item's
title, under the products-list, within the merchant-center-account:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/items

link will be under the information-you-provided-to-us area of the item details.

check each link value being submitted against the claimed/verified website url:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/websiteverification

the link and website url's must match, exactly.

for apps, also check the data being sent under the api-diagnostics for any issues:
https://merchants.google.com/mc/apidashboard

a claim may be lost if another account claims a website,
the verification details were removed or changed, or the
website-url was changed within the merchant-center.

otherwise, google may be contact directly:
https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/website_verification

https://support.google.com/merchants/contactflow

Oh ..... I've checked the links and the only difference I can see between the claimed and verified URL, and the URL in the shopping feed is that the claimed and verified URL is http, but the link in the shopping feed is https - it's not that is it??

http and https versions are generally considered separate

properties so must be verified separately and then claimed

within the merchant-center-account.

as an aside, google does not require https/ssl

for submitted link landing-pages -- https/ssl

is only required during checkout-flow and any

user data collection (shipping details, etc.).

The domain has been showing a "verified" for more than 24 hours now but still the products are not appearing on the shopping channel. I'll close this thread and open another as the issue is now different. Many thanks.
