This is ashraf alam. I have a website(modernhomedecor.webtite). Initially i had this domain with different platform but i transferred this domain to shopify. When i signed up with shopify they gave me domain name automatically (hyourturnkeystore-203.myshopify.com). when i use this domain its automatically redirect to modernhomedecor.website. problem i am having with google merchant service is google not accepting this URL so i can’t promote my website products on google. Please help me fix this.
Thank You.

the domain-name url that is verified and claimed in the merchant-center
must exactly match the link url value within the submitted (feed) data.

the submitted (feed) data may need to change, or the claimed domain may
need to change, or a dns-record or website-redirect may need to change,
or some combination of these, to resolve the issue.

the best likely course would be to contact shopify-support directly --
shopify-support is the best likely contact to help resolve the issue:
https://support.shopify.com/

as an aside, a best-practice is to review all google's merchant-center/shopping
rules, policies, and guidelines, for the business, business-practices, physical
inventory, the entire website, and all submitted data, before advertising with
shopping-ads, to help avoid a disapproval or (permanent) suspension.

Hi Ashraf,

A more basic issue is that hyourturnkeystore-203.myshopify.com returns the error message "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable." in each browser which translates there is nothing to drive traffic to.

Best,
Lakatos
