Our company has a negotiated agreement with UPS, is there any way to show those rates on Google Shopping?   In other words the shipping rates are not showing the correct rates.  What does Google Recommend?

Shouldn't there be a * Rates may be lower on businesses Web site due to agreements with shipping company?

calculated rate adjustments can be a percentage or dollar-amount or both.

google will only ever display the lowest submitted
or calculated shipping-rate for a user's location --
submitted shipping overrides any calculated rate.

shipping must be either exact or an overestimate.

a best-practice is to verify the shipping-rate by clicking on

an item's title within the products-tab of the merchant-center.

as to, *may be lower, any information about shipping, or any other purchase
or store related details, within a feed is considered promotional-text and is
grounds for removal from the listings, disapproval, or suspension from the
program, at any time -- most all submitted data, especially, the title and
description, are limited to describing the physical item being sold, or how
the physical item might be used.

such promotional details are restricted to the merchant-promotions-program.
