the https version of the website, must first be verified
using the google-search-console (webmaster-tools) --
then, claimed within the merchant-center.

after the website has been verifed in the google-search-console-account
and claimed within the merchant-center-account, then simply be certain
that all link values, within the submitted (feed) data for shopping-ads,
contain https.

to verify that all link values contain https,

the best likely course is to contact whoever

is currently submitting the inventory product

(feed) data to the merchant-center.

note that google merchant-center/shopping-ads do not require

https/ssl -- except when collecting user-data, such as during

e-commerce checkout-flow -- and is otherwise optional.

for issues related to website-verification,
posting in google's webmaster-central-help
forum is usually the best course --
