There was an error accessing the image

Hello. Some of my products show 'disapproved or invalid'. I receive an error message (There was an error accessing the image) on some of my products. When I click on the image link in the product's merchant center page, the image shows with no issues. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

If you're using shopify and their CDN, I believe you need to use their Google Shopping "App" that uses the API to update the product data, including the image data. You can find more info here: https://docs.shopify.com/manual/apps/apps-by-shopify/google-shopping/faq#my-products-have-been-succe...

Hi Bedding,
Can you run the image through a HTTP response code checker and see what response code you get?

Hmmmm
Can you try submitting it as this:
https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1176/7228/products/Modern_Plaid_30ffc8c4-cc91-41e3-a5ea-204161bceb...
I'm not sure what this is? ?v=1461264647

Make sure the link to the actual image file without the arguments is in the feed and try that to see if it works.
Are you sure that the image names don't change over time too?

Dave, Because you mentioned image name changes, I checked the alt image tag for my products. The names did change. I re-submitted all products to no avail. Will Google automatically revise the next time they crawl my site or am I just out of luck here?
