The URL is unavailable for claiming

Hi. I'm having trouble claiming my URL: www.etsy.com/uk/shop/BeUniqueJewellery

I cant seem to verity it; I keep getting the message:

"The URL is unavailable for claiming because another Merchant Center account has already claimed this domain at a higher level."

I can't remember my other Merchant Center account, so I don't know how to claim this URL on my current account.

Can someone help guide me?

Thanks

that sounds correct.

etsy is a marketplace of sellers --
data from marketplaces must come directly from the marketplace;
google will not accept marketplace listings that are submitted by
individual marketplace sellers and individual marketplace-sellers
cannot use the merchant-center to claim the marketplace website

or submit any of their inventory items to google.

in this case, etsy has already claimed their site
and etsy must submit all etsy-seller's items.

the best likely course is to simply contact etsy

support directly for clarification and guidance --

Unfortunately you can't claim a domain if you are on a marketplace like Etsy or eBay, or Amazon.

You need your own domain name to be able to advertise on Google Shopping.
