Temporary item disapprovals due to incorrect prices, but they are correct

Hello,

I currently have small percentage of items that are getting this error in my google feed, "Temporary item disapprovals due to incorrect prices." When I go to look at the items that are disapproved because of this errror, I find that the prices are indeed correct. It appears that Google is not looking deep enough to display the correct price. I have a bigcommerce store and it seems all the items disapproved are variation listings. Once you click all the options for that item, there the correct price is. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this problem?

Here is an example: Google sees: $34.95 http://www.avidmax.com/ztylus-zgn-3-case-for-samsung-note-3/

But when you click the "White" option, the price updates to the correct price in our feed.

Thank you,

Curt

the price on the link landing page must match the price submitted to google.

for product variations, google strongly recommends that the link
preselects the exact variant -- this is typically accomplished
using url-parameters with a server-side-script, or a separate
link landing-page url.
e.g.
http://www.example.com/products/case-123.html?color=white
http://www.example.com/products/case-123-white.html

during a crawl to verify the policies, google will not look deep, at all.

for multiple product variants, each variant item that is submitted as in stock
must be in the merchant's on-hand physical inventory and must be submitted
per the variant policies -- detailed-product-attributes and item-groupings.

schema mainly applies to the optional automatic-item-updates feature,
for temporary discrepancies between submitted data and the website,
with respect to a small percentage of items -- not to a general fix.

also, pop-ups that interfere with a user's ability to
see the content requested also violate the polices.

If you recently changed the price, Google might have crawled the changes in the time it was updated on the site and when the update prices were uploaded to the merchant center. If that is the case, they will fix themselves. It has been more than 48 hours - I would request a manual crawl for Google to see the changes.

If it happens to be from variations where there are different prices associated with color or size, you may need to mark your site with schema in order for Google to recognize the different prices.
